All of those involved in Monday's explosion at the army-run Phramongkutklao Hospital which hurt 25 people must be condemned. This is a universal principle that must be observed by all parties involved in a conflict. What we know is that it happened to be the same type of bomb as the other two that hit the city recently. But as in the first two explosions, police still cannot say why the attackers did it. Police and security authorities must work harder and use all mechanisms to find those responsible for the blasts and bring them to justice.
